My favorite cookies are the easiest cookies to make... Unfortunately they are pumpkin spice, which means they are only really publicly acceptable in the fall (although, I secretly love them all year)...
They are Pumpkin-Spice-Choco-Chip Cookies or "Cami's Favorite Cookies."

These cookies require 3 ingredients
(well technically 4... but I don't really count the fourth)
2. 1 Spice Cake Mix
3. 1/2 Bag of Chocolate Chips
(4. 2 Tbs flour).
All you do is mix all these ingredients together- I like to mix the cake mix a little on it's own first to get out the lumps and then add the pumpkin a little at a time. Then I add the choco chips and the flour at the end.
Heat your oven to 350F and bake for 15-20 min...
These are the moistest, most delicious, and most amazing cookies you will ever eat....
Every time I make them I think I eat about 20 of them...
Good news is THEY ARE (MOSTLY) DAIRY FREE!!!!
(Other than the Chocolate Chips they are dairy free)
(I'm sure you could find dairy-free choco chips if you really wanted to.)

**NOTE**
If you are making them dairy free then just make sure your spice cake mix doesn't contain milk- some do some don't.
I challenge you to take 30 min today and make these cookies for you or for someone you think could use a pick-me-up!! (That time includes baking time- which doesn't really count because you can do other stuff while they bake!)
There is a reason they are "Cami's Favorite Cookies."

I am a Mormon (a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints)...
I recently stumbled across this blog post on Facebook, and I really enjoyed it! It's "Ten Reasons You Should be a Mormon". I really enjoyed it, and I think you will too! My favorite reason was reason number 1 "Jesus Christ is the Center of our Faith." Because we are nicknamed "Mormons" many people don't realize that we are Christians, we worship Jesus Christ as the center of our faith. This is very important to me- my faith in Jesus Christ keeps me going- I pray constantly!
